We have had no complaints at all. They always send me pictures of her doing activities and they say she is very active. The staff are very good communication, they are always updating me and sending pictures of different things. I would recommend Courtyard Plaza and already have.
During our loved ones stay of [dates removed] we were very happy with our experience. The owner [name removed] was very thorough and detailed with things they do and how things are ran. During the covid spikes and lockdowns he was very honest and straight forward with the families. This especially helped make our transition much easier especially from coming out of state. If we had to do it all over again we would pick Cutler Bay. It is very affordable - not the lowest but not the highest. The staff are great.
We chose this facility because i felt it was a homey place, it did not feel cold and institutionalized. My favorite part about this facility is the people there. The workers are very outgoing and will help in anyway they can. My mom has no complaints about the food, I have never eaten there before, but the coffee is very good. The first room my mom was in was small but nice, now the room she is in is much bigger and brighter. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Seniors can use their free time as they wish while their food is cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are taken care of by staff, and social activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Within the individual units, residents have access to their own private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a companion if they prefer. While policies vary between communities, numerous residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with independent care providers as desired.
