What we like the most about the FirstLight Home Care of Virginia Beach are the people that are working there, and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this home care service other families.
The administrative team were all very friendly and most of the time our loved one received really good care. Some of the care givers were more communicative than others, and gave a little but more care but we do understand most of them were probably worn out.
BrightStar care's home service is great! The staff is great; they do exactly what they need to do in order to care for me. They are sure to keep everything clean and sanitized. I have no complaints, as this is a great service!
