The caregivers were just wonderful. Very friendly, nice, and they did a great job. Getting the office and the caregivers on the same page was not good. It was the office staff just was not in sync. I would use this service again.
Options for Seniors was so quick and easy to work with! I requested service for my father while he was still in the hospital, and was set to be released with no plan in place for him at home, but they were fortunately able to pull together a care plan and find a nurse who moved in with my parents that very next week! His nurse has been a godsend to both of my parents, but especially my father. He's very limited in functioning, and she helps him all day, every day! She also cleans up after him and cooks for both of my parents, since my mother isn't really up to that challenge anymore. I would recommend Options for Seniors to anyone looking for in-home permanent (or temporary) care!
Overall the Medsa Healthcare Agency was pretty good, the communication could be a little more quicker but we would still recommend this home health care to others.
