Options For Senior America provided exceptional care for my grandfather. Our caregiver was compassionate, attentive, and treated him like family. She ensured he was comfortable, well-fed, and engaged throughout the day. The staff was responsive, professional, and always kept us updated. We felt at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. Thank you for making such a positive difference in his life and ours! Highly recommend!

[name removed], without much time was able to arrange overnight sitters for us upon discharge (who were all professional, gentle and attentive). It became clear that I needed a daytime person as well to allow me to run errands as my partner couldn’t be left alone. [name removed] recommended a live-in aid as that would actually be less expensive. [name removed] stayed with us for several weeks, as we navigated recovery and got back on our feet. She was great, always aware of what was needed, when to step in, or step back and stay close. Plus, Options truly was very flexible with what we needed. After a time we didn’t need so many hours a day from '[name removed] arranged for '[name removed] to be hourly.

Although the agency provides proficient care at best the fee is extraordinary. We are currently searching for better financial solutions.

The caregiver we have is very attentive, kind, and caring. Mom Loves her!! I would highly recommend their services.

Options for Seniors was so quick and easy to work with! I requested service for my father while he was still in the hospital, and was set to be released with no plan in place for him at home, but they were fortunately able to pull together a care plan and find a nurse who moved in with my parents that very next week! His nurse has been a godsend to both of my parents, but especially my father. He's very limited in functioning, and she helps him all day, every day! She also cleans up after him and cooks for both of my parents, since my mother isn't really up to that challenge anymore. I would recommend Options for Seniors to anyone looking for in-home permanent (or temporary) care!
