They've been really really good. The care is excellent too. It's been varied things. It started out just being there and making sure my dad didn't fall. They make sure he gets his lunch and they're helping him with a shower. They're also really good about taking him to therapy. I think it's a good value. I've been real pleased with the. They've sent out three different people and they've all been great.
Our loved one was in this facility for a time, and we felt they did an excellent job, 5s across the board for everything. It was a nice clean place, the staff were friendly, and the care they provided was good.
When the administration came out to the house to set up the service they listened to what services we needed. They explained everything up front. The caregivers are on time, friendly and help with whatever we need. I would recommend this home care agency.
