They are pretty good in getting the information regarding old homes and setting up appointments. Thier follow was excellent too. They very good in providing lots of listings for senior living places of all types.
[name removed] is very good with my mom. Mostly [name removed] helps with lunch and they have easy items. I would like to see [name removed] encourage and get my mom to do more things. Sometimes mom sleeps the majority of her time, but I'd like to see mom get up to play cards or go outside and walk, or any other task.

Senior Helpers are very caring. The staff went above and beyond to call me to tell me about concerns and personally relating to our situation. The communication and scheduling was very good as well. They were able to provide assistance with walking, bathing, occupational and physical therapy as well.

We've had nothing but good results with the caregiver who has been coming to our home. We haven't had any problems with billing or scheduling either. I would definitely recommend them.

I do not think the care was competent for the issues that my loved one was having. We did have some issues with scheduling, sometimes they were late or had to find someone to cover. I would recommend for individuals who maybe needed less care.

They work with you as a client to schedule caregivers for your needs. They are very flexible and will work with you. They will listen to feedback and resolve any issues you may have. I would recommend this service based on my experience.
