This home care services is outstanding. We are happy with the care and the services from the care taker. She is always on time and very respectful. She is helping with all of the requested responsibilities that we have asked of her. I know that she is a big relief for us knowing that she has someone to help her. I highly recommend this service to other families.
We've had different people; they've all been pretty good but some have been better than others. I think they have been very good. When there is a problem like a caregiver has a personal issue or is sick or something they are very good at finding replacements quickly so we didn't have to worry about being left out in the cold. My mom had needed 24hr care and it's hard to find someone who wants to be there for 24 hours so it was good that we didn't have to be left without help. I think that's important becuase it's one of the reasons you go with a service is not having to find the people on your own.
Having LiveGood at Home Care for my family member gave me comfort and peace of mind to know my loved one was being cared for and watched over. It was a joy to have the girls take over the assistance of daily routine lifestyle my aunt needed every hour of every day. The CNA’s on my aunts case became more like family than employees. Their care and concern gave me the comfort and peace of mind that I needed knowing that my aunt was well taken care of. I referred to them as our “Dream Team!”
