The owner [name removed] sent caregiver [name removed] to my home to look over my mom while I was out of town [name removed] brought her daughter who is not employed by Live Good [name removed] company Into my home I did not approve of it I didn't know about her daughter being in my home until after the fact why because she need help with my mom she notified [name removed] and not me and [name removed] left my house and my mom unattended on the sofa to go pick her daughter up too help her my mom has a bruise on her knee and skin abrasion on her arm and [name removed] daughter flushed wipesdown my toliet and over flowed my toliet which is backing up in my tub they refuse to fix damages owner [name removed] said she is not responsible I have texts from [name removed] stating her daughter damaged my bathroom in a text [name removed] lied and so did [name removed] o have recoreded conversations they have yet to respond I paid for poor service I have cameras in my house she did nothing with my mom hardly feed her

It's difficult to express how helpful LiveGood was to me. Owner [name removed] and those in her charge took care of my mother like she was their own family for about a year before she passed away. My mom was in various stages of dementia during this time, and I live in another state. I relied on this group of people to tend to her medication needs, meal prep, groceries, light housekeeping, and even help her take care of her little dog. I was in near daily communication with them, and am so grateful for all the work they did for us. By the end they felt like family. We have been very fortunate to have Ms. [name removed] take care of my 95 year old mother for almost three years now. She is extremely competent, compassionate, and is very much loved by my mother. [name removed], and her employees, go out of their way to make sure that she is taken care of properly and has everything she needs; since my mother still lives in her home, does not drive, and needs 24 hour care. My brothers, sister-in-law, my wife and I, trust her and her employees to handle her prescriptions, dietary needs, grocery shopping, taking her to doctor appointments, and providing assistance during bathing. When mother has been in the hospital, [name removed] has even gone to her house to wait on workmen! In summary, we are so blessed to have [name removed] taking care of my mother.
