In the beginning it was a little difficult, it was hard for them to secure someone that would be able to come to our loved ones place, the location was not ideal. However they stayed in constant communication with us and were upfront about the struggles they were having. We now have someone permanent and we are very appreciative and of their helpfulness.

FirstLight Home Care of Central and North San Antonio, TX
5.0 / 5.0

I contacted FirstLight following hip replacement surgery, when my family was no longer able to help me at home. They matched me with a caregiver named [name removed] who has been a Godsend. She has truly spoiled me with her care, and her genuine concern. The company representatives who came to my home to contact for my care were professional and helpful in every way. Whenever I need home care in the future, FirstLight will be my first call. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care for yourself or a family member.

We appreciated being able to meet two caregivers before Mom's care began. We were sent a schedule for each week and the caregivers were on time and nice people. We would have liked to have just one person the whole time, but understand that our need was only short-term.

I love the worker that was sent out to help me with my loved one. They have treated my mom very well and that is the most important thing. My mom likes them and they show that they care about her back.
