I rate the overall experience as very high. I was being served in my home, twice a week. Each person greeted me warmly and also with professionalism. They all sought out ways they could help me that I hadn't thought of. They treated me with dignity.
We have had a great experience with Heart of Love Home Care. The owner is very considerate of the families needs and does a great job choosing/matching the perfect caregiver for your loved one. I would recommend them to others looking.
It is expensive, but what we liked most was the genuine feeling of care they have shown our loved ones, and generally they were incredibly dependable
