The industry in general is expensive, but once they found a person for us, I felt like what they provided matched what they said they offer. The main difficulty was with communication on the business end. If a caregiver didn't show up, that wasn't communicated to me. I had to follow up with them. But the aide we ended up with was good. She was very sweet and friendly, and very quick with everything we needed. She was everything I wanted for my loved one. It's just that these agencies - more than just Senior Helpers - are having a hard time getting help. And I feel like they should be more up-front with that.
