[Name removed] has been great as our home care person in my uncles home and would use her again if she’s available in Oct when my uncle returns to CT in home care. She was always willing to help and was on top of his cleanliness, ensured he was drinking enough, and doing his mandatory excercise

Got a reference from a friend about Unity Home care a year ago. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and urgency with which they reported to duty. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

My father needed an aide for a year, and we were referred to Unity. Our experience with them was phenomenal. The aid, nurse, and office were excellent to work with - and the care they provided to my father was amazing. Their rates were very reasonable too. Thank you, Unity, for a 5 star experience!

I needed home care for 3 years, and had a great experience with Unity Home Care. My quality of life improved dramatically thanks to their services. Working with their aides, the nurse, and their office staff was always a positive experience. They provided trained aides that were consistently professional, punctual, kind, compassionate, and helpful. I never had an issue or concern, and knew who to speak with if I ever did - but the need did not arise. I highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking home care.

I needed help for my wife in 2020 and unity home care was recommended. After our initial meeting, we were assigned an amazing aid. She was with us for 2 years and did a great job with my wife. We loved her. Thank you Unity Home Care

I only had Unity for a couple of weeks, and although we got off to a rocky start, I would rate them average.

The care taker that was assigned to our family was well skilled, however there were several times they did not show up and only half the times would provide a reason. The management would barely give us a heads up about their absence. There was one specific lady in management that was aggressive, not friendly, and offensive. From an administrative stand point they were not well managed, organized or professional. The contract that was written up was not even legally bound or completed in anyway.
