The Home Care Source takes great care of my mom. Her caregivers are 10/10! I am out of town a lot for work, and am so thankful for the caregivers. The office has always been helpful and very polite.
I was able to get a caretaker for my grandfather. the service was very helpful and friendly. We had cared for a short time, but we were happy with the caretaker that was willing to help to all of are needs. We would recommend this service and the caretakers who were friendly and respectful. to other families.
Grandma Joan's provided me with a very easy to use platform to find and employ a live-in caregiver for my 104-year-old dad. All the administrative details which would have been very hard for me to find out and deal with were included in the step-by-step guidance provided. On one hand the service is pricey but on the other, not easy to find a comprehensive package that would have resulted in such a trustworthy arrangement, which was the overarching criterion. California has stricter rules about payment to caregivers than other states so cost is simply higher but given that as an unavoidable feature, this was still a more viable set up than I could otherwise find. All in all, I am very glad that I was referred to David and his service which has so far had a good outcome.

It would be nice to be able to contact the caregiver directly without having to go through the main number. Otherwise, the caregiver is committed and nice and caring.
