(Activities Not Rated) We chose them because they had a couple of care givers in our area; we have found when they are not in the area and are like 25 miles away they are not very reliable or dependable. Visiting Angels was able to provide care givers that live near by so they have proven to be dependable and reliable. They are experienced care givers that are able to handle high stress situations. They are also accommodating if care givers need to be changed they do not have an issue doing it.
The first person was unqualified, young and not showing up. They did not know how to cook. We did get a local person, who is doing great. Office manager was really nice while she was there. Overall, we are happy.

We like them from the very first time we contacted them based on A Place for Mom's recommendation. The made the entire process very simply and getting everything started and moving was very easy. They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.
