If you want somebody to care for you family member like you would, they're the company you want. We have one primary caregiver and they were an immediate match for us. If theres a scheduling issue they'll send somebody over to cover and they're pretty good also.

They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.
