The lady who comes everyday to help our loved one is very nice, overall our experience has been good and she is very friendly.
They were awesome to work with. They helped me right away, called every step of the way, responded quickly, and kept in contact with the family. The staff were experienced, genuine, and they felt like family. They got to know you right away. I've recommend the company to others.
There's certain things that are really good, there's someone that you can call and then theres other things that aren't so good. It really depends on who you talk to, so if you get the right person, everything is taken care of immediately. I've been really at ease with the care giver that I have right now so its working. Its a process for any family getting used to soemthing new and them getting used to another client. i think that they're a business and they do their best. Some of the girls are fantastic and i've never had a really bad experience, its how different personalities work with each other. The hardest part, and the part they're lacking is phone communication, but that again depends on who you're speaking to.
