They were good, they were friendly, and we had some consistency of caregivers, so there weren't always different people coming out. The staff was knowledgable and responsive. There isn't anything we would have done differently or had improved. This was in home hospice so cleanliness and activities don't apply.

Communication issues at the start, but they are working themselves out It's costing my dad a lot of money. It's what we have to work with right now, and he's holding steady. So for now it is working.I have nothing to compare it to. I would most likely recommend with a warning of some of the recurrent issues we have experienced.

A quick referral to a social worker during my mom's inpatient stay led us to a liaison, who recommended Harvest. From the very beginning we couldn't have been happier with the communication, the quick availability of care - they were able to come do an assessment the same day - and the peace of mind knowing that someone is minding my dad while my mom is undergoing chemo and radiation. I receive daily reports on his activities and progress so I can be in the loop even though I'm out of state. There were a few hiccups with getting payments straightened out, but the staff have always been helpful, responsive, and professional. I wish we could afford to have this care longer, it really is incredibly valuable!
