If you need these services, I really like the owner of the company and she was really transparent. The only thing is consistent help, if she could have more workers that were reliable it would be better. The overall service was decent and the people that were sent were great we were just looking for consistency.
We used Caregivers with Pleasure to assist us in taking care of our mother who was in and out of the hospital for 2 years. Verna and then Brad provided loving care while preforming numerous daily task. They were very professional and trustworthy. They arrived on time and were dedicated to their job. Grandma Joan's provided me with a very easy to use platform to find and employ a live-in caregiver for my 104-year-old dad. All the administrative details which would have been very hard for me to find out and deal with were included in the step-by-step guidance provided. On one hand the service is pricey but on the other, not easy to find a comprehensive package that would have resulted in such a trustworthy arrangement, which was the overarching criterion. California has stricter rules about payment to caregivers than other states so cost is simply higher but given that as an unavoidable feature, this was still a more viable set up than I could otherwise find. All in all, I am very glad that I was referred to David and his service which has so far had a good outcome.
