The first person in Charlotte Web sent out was very good and able to do the duties as well, but after only four days on the job Monday-Thursday, she left the agency because of some kind of emergency. So I said I would wait for her to have another permanent person come in that Tuesday coming up. The second person we ended up getting, [name removed] worked two days then had an “emergency”. The owner could not find a fill-in person so she worked in place of Natalee. The day [name removed] returned, I witnessed her on camera stealing food from our laundry room/pantry where we had a lot of food stored on the counters as well as in a standing upright freezer. I got about seven videos of her stealing food and stuff in it in her jacket and pants pockets on camera. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the owner did try to remedy the situation by reimbursing us the money for the food.

If you need these services, I really like the owner of the company and she was really transparent. The only thing is consistent help, if she could have more workers that were reliable it would be better. The overall service was decent and the people that were sent were great we were just looking for consistency.
