If you need these services, I really like the owner of the company and she was really transparent. The only thing is consistent help, if she could have more workers that were reliable it would be better. The overall service was decent and the people that were sent were great we were just looking for consistency.
We were very happy with this service. The caretaker was on time. She was very helpful and caring for my mom. We were happy with using this service when needed for my mom and have recommended others to use this service for the care and patience give for great care and value.
From the RN care plan assessment to the other office staff members(especially the caregiver)and the owner, they’re all hands on team! They go above and beyond to deliver the services with “loyalty”. Caregiver stayed engaged with my grandmother with dementia. My grandmother lives alone since my grandpa passed 2 years ago. The caregiver kept the home clean and neat, cook 2 meals every day(breakfast and dinner), did laundry, the owner did the grocery shopping and help with the shower (bc my grandma is a 2 person assist during shower….she gets very difficult during shower…she refused to walk/stand but she loves it once she’s sitting and being wash) Loyal Care, caretakers does not sit down! They stay busy and proactive with the clients they’re servicing. I highly recommend hiring Loyal Care if you’re looking for a dependable, trustworthy and caring CNA
