I would say the staff was very good to my father and they helped him however he asked them to. They showed him empathy and caring.

VIP America Central Home Health - Melbourne

Realize that they're a broker actually. The home aides they refer don't work directly for them. They just provide background checks and verifications. And the billing is through a different company. They're taking a decent cut of the total cost, but I appreciated that they negotiated the price with me so I could make sure the aide was getting paid enough. The one aide we've had has been very good. I like her a lot. She knows her stuff and seems to be good with people with memory issues. She keeps looking for things to do, and is totally prompt. She's been flexible when I've had to adjust the hours. I like the way she tries to engage my wife with activities and conversations, even though my wife has shown some opposition.

Rehoboth Home Care Services Inc in Winter Springs, FL

My 85 yo father wanted to live independently in the town he's lived for 35+years, to be close to neighbors and friends. He's relatively healthy, but 2 surgeries have brought on OCD and some confusion with medications. I live 50 mins away, so it is impossible for me to make multiple trips to ensure all meds are taken. His doctor suggested hiring a home health agency to help. I spoke with several, and despair set in as I didn't have confidence with anyone I spoke with...until Rehoboth. [name removed] was professional, caring and reassuring. He and his wife [name removed] visit my father multiple times daily to make sure he's taking his medication properly. We've had changes to his meds after post-op appointments, and they've been calm, flexible and responsive each time. I have great peace of mind, and my father looks forward to their visits. Their rates are reasonable, but more importantly, they genuinely care. Highly recommend!!

Home Care

Intermittent home care offers the luxury of a wide range of services that can be administered in the privacy of your family’s home. A majority of home care providers screen potential seniors prior to admittance. This screening might include weight/nutritional status, health problems, and ADLs abilities. This type of care can provide various medical services including retrieving medication from secured storage, assisting residents in drinking fluid to swallow medication, and aid in self-administration of medication. In-home care offers multiple services including short-term nursing care, local transportation, and tracheostomy care. Also, services provided may involve rehabilitative services and long-term nursing care. Intermittent home care may also afford your family member assistance doing laundry and with diet choices. Finally, non-medical home care can support your family member with wellness services including assistance with ambulation and monitoring vitals.
