I would say the staff was very good to my father and they helped him however he asked them to. They showed him empathy and caring.
We chose Senior Helpers because it was a company that was insured so that gave us peace of mind. We did initially have some issues with scheduling, but once things were up and running everything went smoothly. Overall we are satisfied with the care they are giving.
It's better than average but not superior. We had multiple "one time" caregivers. All very nice. Never left us without service.
