Bright Watch Caregivers in Huntington Beach, CA
3.8

This is my second time using Bright Watch, but I needed to use their service for different family members so I wanted to add another review. I first hired Bright Watch in 2014 for my parents and they serviced us until November 2019 when both my parents passed away. In April 2020 my husband and I noticed my mother-in-law's Alzheimers has progressed we decided it was time we get a caregiver. I recommended Bright Watch to my husband's family due to my awesome experience. They agreed so I called Bright Watch and spoke with [name removed] who has been there for 10 years and she gave me a ton of info to pass on to the family. My husband's 6 brothers and sisters each reached out to her individually. She was so kind, helpful and answered all our questions. Long story short we signed up to use Bright Watch again and we have been very happy with the caregivers and both [name removed] and [name removed] in the office. To all of the staff Bright Watch, you have been a blessing to my whole family, thank you AGAIN!

They were the most expensive but we really liked their care, everyone we dealt with was excellent and great to work with. When things came up they were super accommodating and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about them and would absolutely recommend ARF Home Care to others.

The caregiver that comes out is on time and is a good companion for my mom. She offers to assist in light housework and cooking. When we set up the service they explained everything to us. The owner has been a great help.
