Types of care available in Temecula, CA
I really liked the professionalism of the one caregiver that my mom has had. She has a different one now. The office made one mistake in that when the former caregiver was leaving they put the wrong date in the system so my mother went without care for 2 days. They're human - that happens. My mother is pretty much the same. We're still using Accent Care.
There were so many people calling and I just didn't know who to go with, I thought I was going with the first person that I talked to; I had called an ad in our gazette and this lady came out and called me and she was just wonderful. Then they brought out another little girl, Noreen and she was wonderful too, she's right on time, right on the button. We only have her on wednesdays and the other days we take care of my mom but they are very nice and are very effective for us.
Never Alone is doing a wonderful job with my loved one! Everything is going great. The nurses and staff are quite proactive, and they go over and above the level of care we thought we could get for our loved one. Highly recommended!
