Everything regarding my experience with Accent Care from the very beginning has been blissful. I was in an urgent critical situation needing to find a place for mom quickly, and it went surprisingly well. The only area I can think of to make a suggestion would be if the two primary caregivers would call or e-mail me once a month or so just to let me know how they are doing, that they are happy with the way things are going, and share any thoughts they have. That really is the only thing I can think of. They are simply wonderful, and we have been just absolutely thrilled with both caregivers!
I was very pleased with the care giver that helped with my father-in-law. They were a great companion for him, they fixed his lunches for him and I knew he was in good hands. They were caring, courteous and professional. I liked that the agency was willing to work with a flexible schedule too,
Working with 1 Saint has been a delightful experience. We've hired them to help my mom and they mainly serve as a companion. The lady they've sent is a great match for my mother. So far there's been no complaints. When I email the agency for updates they are sure to email me back quickly and I've had no issues with billing. I have absolutely no complaints.
