My brother and I moved our mother into Paradise Village Senior Living in 2012. My mother and father were married at the ages of 18 and 19, living their whole life together. When my father passed, it was hard for my mother getting use to living alone. PVSL was awesome in making my mom feel right at home. My mom loves living at PVSL. My brother and I know if something happens to my mother we will be notified immediately, which gives us piece of mind knowing mom can live still live in an Independent Living Community and knowing she is safe at all times. Stephanie [Removed] put in a new kitchen so the residents would have freshly prepared meals and not to have to have catered meals brought in. Ms. [Removed] made several upgrades to the property when she took the property over making it a gorgeous and peaceful place to call home. Paradise Village is a very nice looking community, and they are in the middle of some renovations to get things looking even nicer! I was very impressed by what I saw here during my tour, and I am looking forward to moving in!

I love living at Paradise Valley Retirement. The people that live here are very friendly and we have more fun at our breakfast each month for the people who have a birthday that month. We have some kind of a social each month. You would never be able to replace Cindy our manager nor our activity director DeeAnn. You can go all over the world and never find two people who you have more respect for than these two. We love them to death and We Love our Manager she would bend over backwards to help us or listen to our compliant to get it straightened out for us. She is the Best of all the managers I have ever been around. DeeAnn she is so good with all the activities we would not trade her for all there was in the world.

(Care Services Not Rated) We are very satisfied with Paradise Valley so far. They offer a really good value and are very affordable compared to other communities in the area. They were really friendly and the atmosphere felt more like family. Other communities had more of a corporate feel to it. The community is very pretty because it is an older community, the trees are more mature and it has a lot of big landscaping. The community feels a lot like the house mom used to live in so it is very nice. It also has a very nice view of the mountains. We really have high hope for Paradise Valley.

This location offered more assistance than we were looking for which made the price higher than the other apartments we viewed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love this place. The apartments are cute, big patios with space for gardening. Has courtyard with fountains in the center of buildings. The bad part is there are no near by bike trails. I would have to ride several miles thru the city to get to the trails. Bummer!
