My mom has lived here for several years and the the quality of service she is receiving is just average in my opinion. We are paying a lot for her to live there so it is not unreasonable to expect far above average. We would move her, but that would be far too stressful for our elderly mother, and these types of places are all the same in my opinion. Front desk staff is helpful, care staff is average, and senior management leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.

I can't speak on how it would be to actually have a loved one at Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine, but based on our tour, it seemed like a very nice facility. I thought it was beautiful. I had a friend who was previously there for a time, and her experience was very positive.
They do a good job at this community. They are very proactive at this community and if there is a problem they get on it. They also take complaints very seriously. This is a wonderful community and my husband likes it. He keeps saying can we afford this and thinks it is like a luxury hotel. I am happy because he is happy, he is being taken care of and I don't have to worry about him.

I have been with Woodbridge Terrace since June 2021. What a fantastic place to be. The food is amazing. The Staff members are dedicated in performing their job for the residents.Our Executive Director is always working hard to achieve goals in a positive way and there is always activities and they work with care and meet the goals that are necessary

We appreciate the friendliness of the staff. It's a well maintained property, and it's not overcrowded. Depending on the severity of your loved one's situation, there may not be as many activities as one might want. But generally speaking, we're quite satisfied with having selected Woodbridge Terrace over several other places that we looked at.

I have lived in Irvine approximately 40 years where my husband and myself raised our kids. I moved to Woodbridge Terrace in June of this year. I totally feel this is a wonderful place to be. The staff members are consistently working with us. The continue to apply their knowledge and skills that are necessary to perform their duties. The continue to follow policies and procedures to meet company goals in a positive way.
I came in for a tour and stayed for lunch. After the tour, we immediately deposited on an apartment. I love the location. I love the service in the dining room. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here for the rest of my life.
Wow! Love the people at the front desk, fabulous awesome maintenance men, nurses station-top notch, cleaners laundry lady, servers in dining room, hard working cooks, and supervisor and more. Just a lot of love and caring here. A forever place to reside. P.S. In the morning when the nurses pass me by, they always say good morning in my name and I don't have a name tag on.
I love living in this community. It has lots to offer. Everyday is exciting! There are numerous activities, good food, exercise options, skating, dancing good entertainment, amazing personnel who are totally concerned with your welfare and comfort. We have spacious grounds for walking outside activities and parties. There is something for everyone.

The people are delightful. Both the residents and staff. I enjoy the menu especially the baked potato with butter.
The people here are so kind (can't believe they find such caring people to take care of us.) The residence are all friendly too. The activities are planned well (they try and take everyone's interests in ind). The grounds are beautiful and a nice place to walk around. The room is bright and cherry. Food is good. The chef is a delight. [Name removed] is a jewel he'd head of the kitchen.
Wonderful community of various age residents and truly caring staff. I have been living here for the past six months recovering from a major injury that was life threatening. The staff has been very professional and caring. They have been instrumental in my miraculous recovery and I enjoy living here.
