Hillcrest does not provide the care they promise. The roof leaks, the ski lights leaks. The rooms are dark, dirty and out of date. The administration is unprofessional. Constant turn over of staff. I took my parents out of the building without a notice due to the issues.

My Mom used to live in the community. She now lives in another better run community. When the original owner ran the place the residents and staff were happy. When Weston purchased the place it went down hill fast. The administrator resigned. They hired her replacement. She was very caring and tried her best. I am not sure what happened to her. The administrator that runs the place now is only out for herself. All the long-term staff was terminated. She is rude to the residents and the staff. When I made complaint to her concerning my Mothers leaking ceiling. I was told if I did not like the place take her elsewhere. I did and she is happy. Anyone reading this please for your loved ones sake. Do not have them move in this place. Check the DPW website all Weston's building were on provisional licenses at least once. What does that tell you.

Toured the facility in January. We are speechless at the incredible warmth and kindness of the staff. The facility feels like home. Planning on moving our mother into this facility in the Spring.

The home was awesome when it was family run. Now that a cooperation took over 2 years ago. It has gone down hill. Long-term staff are gone. The administrator does not care about the residents. Only the mighty dollar. The morale of the staff and the residents in very low. The current administrator is corporate driven. And the residents are unhappy.

What can I say about this place. All Weston care about is the might dollar. He terminates staff on a whim. The food is horrible. The Administrator is rude and does not care about the resident. Do yourself a favor do not move your loved on in this place.

Used to be good when it was family run, but has gone downhill since a corporate takeover in 2013. The administrator cares more about money than for the residents and longtime staff. The food service is now an absolute joke.
