Oh, things are going great. As of now, things are going well. We do not have any issues or problems with the facility or the staff at Waterside Villas so far. We have had a good experience so far.

The Office Manager, Cecilia was extremely helpful and very professional. She made my parents transition as smooth as possible. The entire staff at Waterside Villas have been friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you Cecelia, Janice, Phil, Elbin, and Alphonso.

Overall I think they do a good job at Waterside Villas! It's a beautiful place, and the staff does a nice job keeping the common areas looking clean and inviting. They've also got a good amount of on-site activities, as well as trips out every now and then. My loved ones are still getting used to downsizing from a house to an apartment, but overall I think things are going well. The company is going through a bit of a transition, so there have been some communication difficulties, but I'm hoping those will work themselves out shortly.

My aunt lives here. The physical aspect of the facility meets her needs. I do think it's weak on the property manager part. They are not very responsive. They are very nice but not very skilled. They couldn't answer our questions about the area. I asked if there was a catholic church nearby and they couldn't answer it. They could of provided more information about the surrounding area. Overall, shes happy here.

This was a nice, new looking community, and we liked the location. It was convenient for family to get to, but not right in the middle of the city, so it had slightly nicer surroundings. We also liked the age range of the current residents, and felt like that would be a good fit for Mom. It seems like they provide a lot of amenities and a nice new facility for the price, we are very happy with it so far.

My father lives here and so far it's pretty good. The apartment is beautiful and whole building is beautiful. It's a nice place to be but there aren't enough activities and the breakfast is just a continental breakfast with not enough options. He doesn't like the food.

The Director showed us around (I took a fiend who also lives in Yorksire) I was pleased with the property. A one bedroom apartment or a studio with a den could suffice for my needs. I find the isolation of the location a real drawback. I went back on Saturday to observe the resident ?traffic?. I?m thinking about it.
