I have lived here for a little over a year and know many people. My neighbors are like family, and we all help each other when we are able. It was hard moving from a small farm and a big house to a smaller apartment in the city, but I find my mind at ease and feel safe here. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance and cleaning folks are so nice. If I have a maintenance request, they are quick to fix any problem. We have many opportunities to be involved if we so wish and that makes it nice. You don't ever feel pressured to attend any event but come and go as you wish. I am proud to be here and would recommend Vista at Rayzor Ranch to anyone senior wanting a safe, secure, and friendly place to live. I am only giving 3 stars for Meals & Dining because I have food sensitivities and can't eat many of their offerings; that's not their fault. And PETS are WELCOME!! I'm on the first floor and have a small yard. Yay!... Read more

It was great when they first moved in But now it seems like they're just another number, the manager is extremely rude and I would never recommend that place to anyone else my folks probably only have a year left but it's just amazing how their attitudes and their willingness to help stopped once my parents signed on that dotted line. People leave their garbage in the hallways the hallways absolutely stink trash pickup is kind of slow and the trash chutes were shut down for almost 2 months. The food is fun but they've changed since the beginning and if we came skimpier on what they give out in the frequency that they have events. I think the offense are more driven to a younger group than my parents who are in their 90s. That's truly The only positive thing about their experience it is Affordable but the cable and the Internet seem to be an issue every other month. They did not one month take my parents money out of their accounts for their automatic deposit and they charged my father [fee removed] in late fees for something that they did his money is direct deposited every month on time so he had to jump through hoops just to get his money back when I questioned them about the situation they became combative and said it had to be something to do with my father like I said it's automatically deducted every single month just like it was the following month after this occurred [name removed] really turned into a uncaring snot once my parents signed on the dotted line and the manager has been really a piece of shit from day one. All they care about is getting people in and getting people out I think that's why the vacancy is rather large over there because people aren't going to take their bullshit. The units are clean because it's new the hot tub is always broke every other month it is broke and when it's broke it's down for months at a time the pool is cold the patio furniture television area are dirtiest hell in the hallway stinks like garbage because the residents either cannot or are too lazy to walk it down to the chute I was there yesterday in the hallways stink of rotted eggs I can't even believe it The maintenance Personnel are excellent my parents love them they're actually a bright spot throughout this whole thing cable seems to be down quite a bit along with the internet. Look for the money it was the right thing for me their hospitals and doctors are literally across the streets that was what my main goal was but I know I probably have a year left and I'll have to take care of them myself or find them an assisted living. My dad said the manager's name is [name removed] she has been the most rudest unfriendly person I have ever seen in that type of environment she was in my parents facility at their house 2 days ago because there's a big fire marshal thing going on she walked into my parents' unit didn't even bother to say hi or ask them any questions they just wanted to check and see if the patio door locked or unlocked that's the kind of interaction I've had with her.
Vista at Rayzor Ranch is a nice place to live with a friendly staff, many activities and a the opportunity to make some great people. I do feel it is a bit pricey.
I would give them a 5 except for food/dining. There isn't any cafeteria/meals etc. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend Vista at Rayzor Ranch to other families.

I am currently a resident at Vista at Rayzor Ranch and things have been great for me here. This place is very nice. The management and the residents are all very nice. The facility is kept very clean and there are many activities which you can participate in, if you choose. I have not been able to participate in as many as I would like to. It is a little pricey at this facility, otherwise it is very nice. I would recommend Vista at Rayzor Ranch to others.
