5 stars for all categories. Village Care Homes Park Avenue is a great place, very friendly, clean, personal, professional. This is a great choice for an elderly loved one. The room sizes are wonderful. It is a home environment and several of the rooms are singles and they also offer a few doubles as well. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance while encouraging resident independence. Residents will receive help with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, grooming, and more. Village Care Homes has a network of healthcare providers that provide on-site medical appointments, along with a pharmacy that makes home deliveries. Other services include housekeeping, laundry, and meals. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities including games, fitness programs, and clubs. They were very caring, friendly, and helpful. Communication was always good. I would recommend them to other families.

They can provide 2 person transfers and incontinence assistance. Have spoken to the owners and was able to get a lot of my questions answered. pricing is about $1k/month more shown here, and then add an additional $1k/month for the additional level of service. This is on the short list.
