Very quiet, peaceful atmosphere, newly refurbished, one tenant on hand, talked with him briefly, only been there 2 wks. Older ranch style house, most rooms have two beds and bath per room. Some rooms actual dorm style setting. They take up to 14 people. Owner very nice and Christian.
