They charge for every little thing, it would be nice if they had just a monthly fee, instead of a monthly fee, and then additional fees. The food is okay, it's not great, but it can get a bit repetitive. The staff seem very nice, and they all care. The other residents are pretty friendly. I like that it's a bit of an Italian feel.
