Venice Green Village

It's been a great place for our loved one.

The place might be small but the staff take very good care of your family member and they always communicate with you.

The administrator [name removed] is the glue that holds that place together. The experience has been mostly good, and we picked this community because it was the only place that would take my loved one, due to an alcohol problem.

My grandmother lives here and I enjoy seeing her pictures doing arts and crafts and various activities on their Facebook page. I live in Chicago, so I can't come down much to see her but it is helpful for me to feel close by seeing her online. They do a lot of activities that are centered around what she would enjoy so she looks very happy

I am currently looking at memory care options for my grandmother. So far this community has been the best in showing what a real day for my grandmother would be. The nurse walked me through what a day might be like for her and set my parents at ease. staff are friendly and said to us as we walked around.

My mother has been at Venice Green Village for over a year. It gives me peace if mind to know my mother is being well cared for. Her health has actually improved now that she's eating better and gets her medication at the proper times.

VGV became our 2nd family during the time my dad was here. The dedication and reliability the staff has demonstrated, we can never repay them. My dad was very happy and well taken care. When he got sent out to specialist or in the ER, [name removed] would go out and check on him personally. She made sure he was eating and getting the attention he needed. I would highly recommend!

My brother has been at Venice Green Village for 6 months and it has been a very compassionate and empathetic facility for my brother and his family. [name removed] has been a Godsend! She is the most understanding and compassionate person in the facility! She is friendly to all my brother's siblings and so kind. I am so glad that she is is charge of his care! She is quick to respond to any questions we may have day or night! Even when she wasn't feeling well herself! Don't know what we would do without her! I would recommend this facility to anyone as long as [name removed] is there!

My Grandma has lived there a couple of years. The staff and Directors have become our second family. We tell everyone how blessed we are to have found a place that she loves and that they are always there for not only her, but our family as well. The food is always delicious and they have parties for the families to come have fun and visit. Grandma loves going outside to the big beautiful courtyard and when we take her out for lunch she can't wait to go back "Home".

It's not overcrowded and the staff is great. I would recommend to other families. We picked this community because it was close to home.

We are very happy with our loved one's care. I have found the doctor there to be proactive in my loved one's health care. The staff are very caring.

Although my father was there briefly, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There was a beautiful garden to walk and sit in. [name removed]and [name removed]are very caring and helpful.

Venice Green is an absolute gem!! My Mom has been there a long time now and I couldn't ask for a better place. Everyone from maintenance to the Administrator treats her like a Queen and have become family to us. The food is always good and they let us visit anytime we want.
