Re-visit business model

The in house physical therapy is excellent. I found my mother after a hip operation to be able to ambulate on her own for quite a distance, so she did get very strong. Once Medicare cut out, they were supposed to provide restorative therapy 15 minutes per day of walking and exercise. Mom unfortunately 95% of her time was in a wheelchair and asked to stay in the wheelchair when she wanted to get up and walk. I believe that was for the staff convenience. I was patient and in mind of the fact that staff was at not even the regulations because of covid and people quitting, they did not have enough hands. Because that restorative therapy did not happen, my mother lost 4 weeks of progress and we were playing catch up after that. The people were all very friendly. I just think the business model needs some re-visiting because I do not feel that the uppers were there for the lowers.
