Amazing Facility great staff, great service. My family was taken care of very well. Staff was Caring and management was great. Facility was always clean and accessible. I will continue to refer this faculty to family and friends when needed

The Team provided excellent care for my Father. Gods Servants indeed.The facility was maintained well and sanitized throughout the day. They had a nutritious menu however, they accomodated a vegan plan due to his dietary restrictions.They did their best keeping his spirits at best to his last day and were very compassionate towards his disability. They kept me informed with his incline as requested and most of all, they took the time to sit with me and offer kindness. Places like these are far and few. Let me say that I am a nurse and was really fooled when I first looked at this small personal care home in a residential area. I think that the stress of trying to find an affordable place for my mom within striking distance of my house, coupled with a friendly employee, gave me hope that I was making a good decision. Within 24 hours l knew I had to find another place. Once I removed my mother, I called A Place for Mom and warned them that the quality of care was dangerous and staff could not follow simple instructions regarding taking blood pressure before giving meds and other things. I spent the night there to be sure my mom remained safe until I was able to move her. I TOLD your organization in a telephone call that this place should NOT be recommended until being audited properly. I even went online and posted what kind of our care my mom received and warned others to exercise caution. Food was substandard, dry rice crispy cereal put in a blender with milk and called breakfast?? There were no activities for the other 2 residents who sat in the recliner all day and watched TV. Meals were simple, like a plain sandwich and chips. I actually observed the care given to another patient and was distressed to watch him be offered liquids to drink while lying flat in his back when the HOB could have been elevated...My mom went to a great place after this in part due to the hello of the hospice nurse who guided me to another place nearby that was HEAVEN compared to the other

I had a truly different need than all of the others at the house. The workers there were great but not nearly enough to handle a full house. None of them were nurses (as advertised).

They provide excellent care for my wife. Great food and human care. They keep her balanced and in good spirits. She was in the best mood she has been in for months. My wife likes the staff and has responded to their help the most and they are fantastic to me as well.

I have been extremely happy with the care my husband has received. My husband gets lots of visitors--they are always made to feel welcome!

This home cared for a dear one before his recent passing. The team were very caring and compassionate and treated him like family. I know that he truly enjoyed being there. After viewing several adult family homes I was very blessed to find these wonderful caretakers.

We have been thankful for the caring management and their attention to our needs and concerns. We have had an issue with a staff member, but management has always tried to help and resolve issues quickly.

I would highly recommend taking your loved one here for excellent, hands-on, personalize service. They treated my brother like it was one of their own family They were full of compassion and we’re truly sorry for my loss. Please don’t spend any time taking your loved one to a nursing home. This experience was so good for my brother. He didn’t feel like they were treating him mean like the nursing home did thank you to the manager and her assistant.

Dealing with the myriad of issues that surround finding a proper home for our relative was compounded by the fact that we live out of state. Ultimate Care Homes helped with the transportation, the selection of a hospice organization, a drug store, moving her personal belongings, etc. Everyone at Ultimate Care Homes was communicative, caring and professional. The house where she stayed was clean, well appointed and had a nice homey feel to it. I came to know the home health aides from my visits and phone calls. What impressed me the most was their knowledge of the requirements, both on a personal level and medically, for all their residents. I highly recommend Ultimate Care Home.

The owners at Ultimate Care by God's Servants communicate with the families very well and are engaged with what is going on. The facility is very nice and our loved one if thriving in this environment! I would absolutely recommend this residential care home to others looking for their loved ones.

Highly recommended. My grand mom lived in this facility. The staff is very well trained, humble and caring. Owner's pay personal attention to the residents and keep taking feedbacks. Keep up the good work.

The care givers are not trained on anything other than changing briefs - cooking -cleaning - my loved one needed much more help because of her immobility and tracheotomy - I believe I was mislead on the trained care they could provide - also it was advertised as 24 hour care - and with only one caregiver (who needed to sleep) this was not the case for many nights - I know because my loved one had issues several nights and I did not leave her until very late at night or early in the morning - and no extra help arrived. Care givers were good and truly cared - but not equipped/trained to handle the type of care my wife needed and one person had trouble in the mornings and evenings handling the amount of patients that needed attention.

The owners did not notify our family when the manager left on medical leave. The staff they do have working there are not qualified to care for the residents. They do not tend to them, when we come and visit we would find out loved one outside all alone in the Texas heat. It was all around very questionable care.

When I had to make that difficult decision for care for my husband, I visited so many assistant living locations. It was all new to me and scary at the same time. I asked a lot of questions and had high expectations. Very happy I found Ultimate Care. The small home made for a more personal experience. The owner and caregiver were very warm and friendly. My family and I were welcome to come by anytime without advance notice. I would highly recommend before you make your final decision, you visit Ultimate Care by God’s Angels to see the difference. Your loved one will be in good hands. You will find the caregiver really cares as well as the owners. Thank you to Ultimate Care and staff for the love and attention you provided.
