Higher turnover recently, but no issues when it comes to the cleanliness. Love the staff. Especially cafeteria and nurses. I love the care services. Our loved one [name removed] has put on several pounds. Mom doesn't have many she participates in. Price has gone up considerably the past couple of years. We would bsolutely recommend this community to others, one of my co-workers placed her mom there

My father is doing absolutely great. All of the staff at Twin Creeks are absolutely great, hard working people. They communicate with me all the time if a situation comes up dealing with my father. Twins Creek does an excellent job keeping my father busy and making sure he is being taken care of. My father is very happy and healthy living at Twin Creeks..

My dad is currently a resident at Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care and overall this place has been great for him so far! The facility is clean and doesn't have an odor. The staff is friendly and keeps me up to date on how my dad is doing. The food is good and is quite comparable to the other facilities that I visited. I would recommend Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory care to others.

Went for a visit. Definitely short staff and alot of tension in the building. I'll pass on this one. I've seen too many better than this one. Not sure what all the tension is about but employees are not loving the residents

My loved one was a resident at Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care. They were very short staffed. My loved one was left alone way too much. Not able to summon help when needed. They were not able to provide the level of care that they advertised as Skilled Nursing. I would not recommend this facility to others.

We toured Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility seemed like a nice place, we liked it! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. I also liked the short term stay options that they offered!
My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. The community is clean anytime we visit our loved one. Everyone is friendly. The staff is caring, kind, and knowledgeable. They keep us updated on our loved one. There are meals and activities provided. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

We particularly liked the staff members at Twin Creeks as well as the meals that were prepared. Our loved one was very ill during the time he was staying there so when it comes to the activities we are not able to comment or rate it.

Twin Creeks was a close second choice, ultimately I left the decision up to my parents. The sales lady we worked with was amazing. They actually came to our house to give us the presentation and were so accommodating. The services offered here were less than another place which is ultimately why they did not choose Twin Creeks. The location was amazing and it was less expensive.
I can't say enough positive about changes I've seen with my mom. I have never seen the facility be dirty or gross. They do a good job in helping my mom clean her apartment. They change her linens whenever she needs it at least twice a week. I appreciate the staff. My mom was a bit difficult when she got there and they allowed us to have someone stay overnight with her for a couple of nights to help with the transition. She was very very reliant on her walker. She now gets around without her walker as much as she uses her walker. The food is fabulous and they invite family members to most activities that occur at the facility. They also have resident lead activities which I think is just amazing that they use the skills and knowledge of people that live there to teach others. I've gotten mom involved in a couple of activities. If it were up to her, she would just stay in her room and never get out but she is now playing cards with her friends and playing bingo. The staff have always been responsive and transparent about everything that goes on at the facility. I don't imagine that there is a better place for my mother at this time. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care is hands down the best facility in this area. We ended up touring it twice to show our other family members. For us, it just came down to the cost. They do accept Medicaid at this facility, but the base pay started at $[removed]. The facility was absolutely beautiful. The woman who was showing us around really took everything to heart and was so involved. When I called to tell her that we went with another place for mom, she was genuinely sad that we did not pick them. I think that just shows how much she cared about us and it was not just a job for her. I think Twin Creeks would be a great choice for anybody based off of everything that we saw.
On the second I would tell off the ease of setting everything up and the helpfulness if the staff

They are really short of staff and that negatively impacted the quality of care while we were here. Due to our experience, I would not recommend Twin Creeks to others looking.

We toured Twin Creeks and it seemed like a very nice facility. We were only able to see a respite room while we were here. We did not go with this one just because it is on a main road.
I thought the prices were reasonable for what they did. I would recommend you go to Twin Creeks. The community was very receptive and helped my loved one and me. They are great in my mind. All the staff were wonderful to work with.

They don't seem as attentive to the residents as they say they are. Especially in the memory care side, there didn't seem to be adequate interaction with the residents. There was just a movie playing in the background, and the staff wasn't interacting with them. A lot of times they're hard to get ahold of. The facility is fairly new, and the receptionist is very friendly to deal with in making appointments for visits.

I would tell them very please and have a great relationship with Twins Creek. Some of the activities include Bingo, Checkers, Arts & Crafts, and movie night with popcorn. During the lock down they sent us an email with information to keep us informed. They allowed a parade of cars and we had decorated the cars in red, white, and blue. This allowed the residents to be able to look out the windows and see family members drive by. My friends have been asking about my loved one and the community. I had to take my loved one to the dentist. I was unsure if I had to bring food back to make sure it was soft. They told me that the chef was able to accommodate the soft food and I didn't have to bring any food back for my loved one. Any time my loved one has an appointment, I usually let the staff know about when to change my loved one's lunch. The pharmacy had a brochure in the community, it didn't work well, but they are allowing me to have my own pharmacist bring medicine in to my loved one. Once I let the community know about the change of pharmacies, I would need someone who would be willing to work with me. The community was fine with me changing the pharmacy. They have a physical therapy group there, they had a dental group coming in and the pharmacy to deliver prescriptions. I feel like I'm part of the team of caregivers and the staff as extended family. A person I recommended this community is now living there.

The community is very clean. They constantly have activities for the residents like ice cream socials, hallway bingo, and a car parade for families. They have done very good with the Covid-19 pandemic and protecting the residents. The care is good, although we haven't been able to be with my father-in-law for the last several weeks. A little expensive, it does seem worth it for the level of care they are providing.

It is a very clean community. The food is fantastic. The staff is great. My friend has a studio and it is a good size. They have outdoor porches on both levels. Everyone there is friendly. They are also very nice to the guests . It is a new property.

A Place for Mom has scored Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care 8.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
