Not impressed at all. My dad has gone 3 days without a bath after rehab sessions in a hot “gym”. My mom had to come give him a bath after they insisted he had had one. My dad has a lot problems but dementia is not one. He knows if he’s had a bath or not. My dad is also diabetic and they don’t offer a diabetic menu for meals . And what they have been trying to feed him not sure I would feed my dog. Just trying to get by till we get him home.

My mother was at this facility twice for rehab after hospitalization, and it is my understanding that ownership was changed between the first and second visit. I would say the new owners would be better served opening a pig farm, but that would be terrible for the pigs. The physical therapy is the only good thing offered by this facility. The aides are understaffed, and the actual nursing staff are lazy as [profanity removed]. The food is mediocre at best. My mother's second visit, they put her in a room with only one chair for visitors, and to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement. They obviously do this to discourage visitors from staying too long. Medicare rates this facility as ONE star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY!

This is the second time my mother has been at Treviso, and I am even less impressed than I was the first time. The primary reason she is in this facility is the physical therapy, which is very good. Other than that, I don't have much good to say about this facility. I can only pray that the PT gets my mother's strength back soon so she can get the hell out of that place.

10/12/21 - While visiting my mom, she needed assistance with being changed. Right before 1850, she had a bowel movement so she pressed the call light in hope of being changed. We noticed 14 minutes had passed and no one had answered her light. I looked in the hallway, but didn’t see anyone. So I decided to go ahead and change my mom using the supplies that were available in her room. After getting her changed, I visited another 10 minutes. As I was leaving her room at approximately 1925, I stopped at the nurses station for the 500 hall and reported to the nurse that was sitting there that my mom had a large BM and that I had changed her. I also reported that her light had been on since 1850 and that no one had come to see what she needed. I told her I left the light on so that someone would get up and do something. I’m not upset with the aide who was taking care of another patient, but disappointed that the nurse never answered the call to see what the patient needed.

This is the worst place in the world. Mean to residents. I called state on them twice in 3 months. Got her out as soon as possible. She was very happy when we moved her. Ease dont put your love one here.

We were approached by someone from their company in the hospital after my mom had neck surgery. We thought she worked at the hospital and was there to help decide on a rehabilitation facility. This is the way she acted. I went to Treviso for a tour. It looked nice but didn’t see a lot of workers there at that time. I only had a couple of hours to decide where to place my mother. I decided on this place because it was close to my home. They hardly ever responded to the call button. My mom was supposed to have help getting up and down to the bathroom. Anyway my mom and I decided I could do the same things that Treviso was doing for her at home. When we signed her out they DID NOT GIVE US ANY INSTRUCTIONS. A week later I had to take mom back to the hospital (she was placed in ICU). Treviso never told us about her antibiotics she needed to be on. 5 days later my mother passed away. I blame them for not talking to me about her meds or sending her home with antibiotics.

DO NOT take your loved ones to this facility. We have moved our dad to Kansas now and have learned quite a bit that they were NOT doing for him. Therapy to begin with. And now we are having problems even getting ahold of the financial department concerning having his SS released to come over this way, well the money they have been collecting since he's not been there including extra money that went into an account for him only. The facility here is calling as well and never get ahold of anyone or a call back. Something is going on and I think they are embezzling money. We now know through SS that we should've never let them take over his money and that there shouldve been a payee it was going to in the family to take care of things. Not they fooled us but not for long Treviso your butts are going down.

The nursing staff at Treviso are rude , call lights not answered . The facility is very nice too bad the owners don’t accept responsibility of their staff . We are here daily and see and hear first hand how staff speaks to us as well as other staff so unprofessional. We are not even receiving the correct food my mother is suppose to be having due her difficulty swallowing . This puts her at risk for choking . We can not leave her alone because if this happens when we are present what happens to her when we are not here ! We would not of chosen Treviso if we knew it was this bad.

My loved one was a Treviso May - July of 2019. The nursing staff was very rude , agitated if I had to ask them a Question, call lights took well over an hr to be answered, even when staff could be seen sitting around nurses station . When I spoke with DON she was also very rude , never got back with me when she promised she would . The people in business office also rude , and in professional . I would call and try to visit with [name removed] I think was her name but she always gave the excuse that she was playing catch up and could not talk with me . Even after I would leave messages because she never answered her calls and would not return calls . We stayed as long as we did because of therapy they were great no complaints there . I wish the management company would see through all the fakeness going on there and make a change . I also work in medical field and it all starts from the top and rolls downhill . I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in the medical field as I have by the DON. I can’t believe a company is ok with behavior such as that .

Everything about this facility was awful for my mother in law's stay. We were fooled by the beautiful outside. I would NOT recommend putting a love one here. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my dogs stay here. They left my mother in law soaked in urine for hours multiple times down to her bed sheets. When I asked a lady at the nursing station about how often they change her they told me "well she pees a lot and we're not neglecting her." We had put in a change for soft diet for 2 weeks and no change had been made. She almost choked on food multiple times because she does not have teeth to chew. She was left to feed herself after having a stroke which left her whole left side unmovable and right side doesn't work well. When I asked the nurse why she wasn't getting a soft food tray she said "I submitted it to the cafeteria I don't know what else you want me to do." I would call daily to try to get these incidents resolved. I put in calls to director of nursing, social worker, and business department. I would have to leave voicemails, but no one returned my calls. They gave me Medicaid papers that I requested after doing my own research to get her better care. Those documents we filled out were 3 years old- social worker from another facility let us know that. There is no structure for this business. The nurses are understaffed and do not care to answer any questions you may have. They immediately get defensive. They would put her in a chair and leave her in the dining room crying until a family member/friend would show up and get her back to the room. All call lights would be beeping for hours at the nursing station and one lady was screaming help for 15 mins. We went to check on her and she needed a nurse which we had to track down and still didn't immediately go check on this patient. Every time I went to visit I would leave crying due to the conditions. I really feel they neglected her multiple times during her stay with Treviso. We finally got her moved to another facility to stay at for the remainder of her life. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN until they have the proper training and employees to run a transitional care.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score.
