My mother had been there for rehab and we were pleased so when she had to move somewhere on a permanent basis we went back. We were there yesterday and she was alert and aware and in good spirits. It's a nursing facility and rehab. She's not to the point that she needs a true dementia facility. She can't get out of bed so there's no danger of her roaming. She's in Summer Meadows for the long term. The care is good. They really all are very nice and seem very caring. She's easy to care for and they all think a lot of her. One time she got a bump on her leg and I knew how it had happened and I addressed it and got them to address it because the person that had done it didn't own up to it. That was the only time I had a complaint. The food is good. She's promptly changed and kept clean and none of her belongings have gone missing.... Read more
