The food is great. It is very clean and the nurses are friendly. The food is great and there is never a mistake on a tray and I tasted it and it is very good. He loves the food and he is very fussy.

So far he likes it. From what I see they are taking good care of him. They follow up with me and tell me what they are doing. The rooms look clean. He is on pureed foods and the night nurse gave him some information with how to mix the food to taste better. Everybody communicates well and they helped with locating his wheelchair and they made sure this was taken care of. They are very helpful. The staff talks too loud at night.

My moms nurse main nurse day has been so nice and helpful with my mother! I'm not sure how they could necessarily improve the meals for her but there is room for improvement in this area.

It is a friendly and nice atmosphere. It is beautiful. I believe they have the residents' best interest at heart. It is a lot cleaner than where she was previously. It seems like a good nursing home and I talked with the social worker. Every department has called me and let me know their plans there including the social worker and dietitian. I am very involved with my mother's care. I met the administrator and I wanted to know who is the head person there to make sure my mom is going to be okay. The atmosphere is nice and every one is nice. It is 3 times better than where she was. My concern is with the CNA's care. She has a problem with them changing her. She is happy there though. I am not satisfied that I don't know if she eats everything when she is alone with the staff but when we are there, she eats everything. If that changes I would be happy.

The staff is nice. Sometimes at night I think they are short staffed. It is very clean. They are keeping us up to date. They answer our questions.

Some are exceptional and others not. It is clean, it is just old. The nurses themselves it is hard to get information from them. There is always a delay. The CNAs and the lack of bedside manner need improvement.

There is not enough help. They are kind and considerate when you can get them. But they are overworked. My wife needs help to strengthen her legs, but she spends most of the time in her wheelchair. I think she would get more help at home. There is not enough of them. They are not bad people individually, just not enough of them. Eh, it was much cleaner at the the other place. It's average. I am having trouble getting answer. The only one who I can reach is the Social Worker.

The move in was great and it was a nice transition. We know some folks there and my dad was treated the upmost care. The move in day, he was bombarded by the nurses and they wanted to know everything about him! It's very clean. They dust and sweep the floors. He is not happy with the food though. He is very finicky. When I was there he ate all of the barbecued chicken.

The people are caring and concerned and they take good care of you and it's clean. The person that takes care of my uncle does a good job communicating.

The staff are very friendly. They call me for information. I had to ask for information when I was there. I would like someone to call me and tell me. Today I looked in the room and my grandmother's hair was in a ball on the floor and so were the nails.

My loved one likes the food and the nurses. We met the doctor yesterday who is very pleasant and informative to all of our family. She may ask for something and she has to wait 40 minutes for this. There is a variety of food options. They are nutritious meals.

I find that my loved one did all right there. Some of the people in admin are good and nice. Everybody is good to listen to me and listen to my concerns. I feel like they didn't have the time to really take care of her. They tell me that she is not eating, but she needs to have her food pureed. She was supposed to be getting rehab therapy. But she is not walking. Some of them don't give her water during the daytime. Some of them are really friendly. The facility is clean. Where my mother is at on floor south, it's clean. The staff are very good. Everybody is good to listen to me and listen to my concerns.

My mother has been raving about the facility so far. We are very pleased with the experience! We really like the facility doctor. She is Very nice and has been helpful. Really, there have been so many names to remember and everyone has been a pleasure! We do not have one negative thing to say about a staff member. She's raved about some of the meals. The chicken can be overcooked at times and they do serve broccoli a bit too often.
