It is 2018 and I have lived here 2 years. I am on section 8. This is one of the best independent living facilities this city has to offer in quality, especially for low-income people. The only major drawback is closet space, however all the good the place has to offer makes the lack of closet space, a fun challenge to overcome. In closing I say, check it out you will not be sorry.... Read more

Owner of this community: First and foremost; I have lived in this community for over 1 year. I love my apartment and my neighbors. I have attended 2 community meeting held by your community manager. These meets start to get out of hand by the residents and the community manager, because of this I personally have decided not to attend another meeting. (The last meeting was recorded, by management, if you have time to listen to what takes place.) I think if you held an in-service for your management team, 'How to deal with difficult resident without getting frustrated.' There are many complaints by your residents because of the following reasons; 1. There is no one in the business office and if there is the door is closed and if you knock they do not answer. 2. Messages are left for community manager and you don't get a response. 3. There is a lot of gossip here, but your going to have it, but when you have your staff involved in the gossip, talking about other residents, it will not be resolved. I think your staff has potential they just need more training. One thing that concerns me; I see house keeping sitting behind the desk on the computer. It bothers me because my personal information is in that computer. My social security number, date of birth, banking information. I hope she doesn't have access to this on the computer and files are being locked. Other than the above, I am very pleased to live in my beautiful apartment. I didn't know who to address the concerns. I'd like to stay anonymous

We looked at this place when we were searching. They didn't have anything available to show us. The person that interviewed with us was not that helpful. It was a nice place though. They were just more like regular apartment buildings, more than senior apartments.

It's great, it's a really good place! It's clean, and the staff is very friendly. It's really a very good value. The activities are great with a lot of fun things to do. They don't have meals here, it's an independent place, but they do have occasional potlucks.

Nice place up near shopping. A little bit cold on the exterior, but reasonably warm inside. Staff very nice.
