While we were looking into various for my loved one, it seemed that the people here didn’t really about the questions we were asking them. They are nice people though, just not knowledgeable. They seemed really pushy with closing the deal with us as well even though this was the first place we went to and we had mentioned that we had other locations to see. Also there is a frequent occurrence with their elevators not working. During the time we were there we got stuck in the elevator. The facility itself started to be ruined down. All in all, they are the least expensive but they definitely lacked professionalism and no sense of caring.

This is one of the places we looked at and toured before making a decision. We didn't really like this at all. It was not in a great neighborhood, and it was just a regular apartment building. It didn't even seem to be reserved for seniors. We did not choose this apartment complex.
