Our loved one has now passed, but they were Wonderful!! They have very caring staff. Never smelled bad. They took really good care of my mom and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

All answers are 5's. It's a great place and my MIL loves it there. They are extremely well trained to deal with the issues memory patients exhibit. Attentive and patient. Above all kindness. I know they have various room sizes. She has a smaller one but it's just what she needs. The amenities and activities are excellent.

Very pleased with our care received. Meals sometimes were repetitive and cleanliness had periodic issues but everything was always addressed quickly. They don't do an annual cleaning so cob webs and dust bunnies can accumulate. We had an incontinence issue with my dad which required above normal cleaning so we just had to communicate. Perspective is good. While my sister was appalled she didn't understand dad was causing a lot of the issue. We had growing pains as residency increased and staff wasn't keeping up. It was better when we left.

They know the residents by name, they all seem to take part in the care and socialization of the residents. Very friendly and personable

The Views of Cedar Rapids setting is very purposefully established for memory care. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great activities during work week - these are all things we like best about the community

My loved one is a resident at The Views of Cedar Rapids and the overall experience has been good. The activities are wonderful and the staff are very nice and care about the residents. However, the meals should be more balanced. Overall, it's a good place to live.

Meadowview has been great to work with. We are aware of a lot of staff transitions and are pleased with the excitement of the new people. They are truly working to make our experience better and appreciate out input. The transition has been tough but the staff has been very helpful.

It was very clean. We picked this community because, it was convient to where we lived and we liked the place. My loved one , went from asstisted living to memory care. They do a fine job, I was very happy. I would recommend to other families.

So far we're pretty happy. We're still working out some aspects of the care, but we've experienced good service and concern from the staff. They have activities, although not always ones our family member is interested in. I think the facility is pretty neat. They recently fixed up the soda fountain and have renovated multiple areas, including the front of the building, and they put new tile and paint in the entryway. They're also working on updating the garden area.

I would recommend it to others with loved ones with memory care needs. The administration is trying hard to meet all the needs of the residents. Sing alongs, group activities, movies, and more are available activities for the residents.

There are not enough activities for my loved one, they provide a lot of musical activities and she is not musically inclined. I think it is nice they have such a nice large area that residents are able to walk in. I would recommend to others who are looking.

We chose The Views of Cedar Rapids because of the amenities that were in the room itself that she would be getting. The room sizes are also very nice and spacious. We get newsletters once a month to keep us updated about what is going on inside of the facility. It is a very quiet community and I would recommend them to others looking.

Smelly. More business than a home feel.

The general vibe when we walked in was more care center than independent/assisted living. This would not be a facility my mother in law would be happy in.

Deciding to put my husband in a memory care facility was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. But it was time. I could not have found any place more cheerful, accommodating or friendly. I visit him daily and the staff treat me with the same kindness and respect they show the residents. If you're looking for a place for your loved one, seriously consider MeadowView.

I enjoy coming to Meadow View because it has so many things to do with my grandmother. Or just sits in parks sitting with birds singing in the background. Or if we want we can go to her private room with plenty of room to have visitors. When a large crowd of us show up we can move into one of the two large living room setting areas with TV, sofa, tables, fireplace, etc. and stay as long as we want. Thank you Meadow View for making us so comfortable.

I believe this is the best place in town for my mom after our family toured so many other places locally. You have everything she needs and more. I love the friendly, helpful staff.

Wow! First impression was awesome. What a great "community" to live in. Clean. Refreshing. Comfortable. Love the sunlight. A wonderful place that we know when we leave, she is being taken care of.
