Beautiful place, like a resort!

Pretty expensive. Assisted living has concerts for activities, for memory care the activities vary. Food is delicious, we have eaten there several times and its amazing. They have a chef that went to a great culinary school. Facility is beautiful. Does not have a full time nursing home care at the moment, if mom needs more nursing care, we need to provide that for her. Would recommend this facility, it is very beautiful.... Read more

My Tour Experience at The Summit

This was a good community. They were a little more expensive than we wanted and the location was busier than we wanted as well.

Tour of The Summit

We really liked The Summit but after they evaluated my loved one, they ghosted us. I contacted them to see if we got on the waiting list and never heard back from anybody.

good until you need a repair

All is good until you need something repaired then just forget it. I have waited several months before posting this but now it's been well over a year and I am still waiting on a repair that was promised to be fixed BEFORE she moved in. My mom's balcony holds quite a bit of water. I was told several times that they poured water on it to see if it holds water. This has become a joke. It's obvious it hold water from the standing water and the stains. Their idea of a fix was to give my mom a broom and they told her to sweep her balcony as needed. No one returns my phone calls. We continue to pay rent on time as promised but they don't keep their promise. Now, there is a leak in her bathroom. The ceiling tiles fell down in the middle of the night. They replaced the tiles but never found the leak. The tiles seem to be very saturated now and appear to me that they will fall again soon. I didn't see anyone in her room today during the rain to see if they could find the leak. Like I said....GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY THING REPAIRED. And, the building was cheaply built in the first place. Lots of heating issues in the winter time. They are quick to bring space heaters though. LOL So, before you move in I would inspect the room closely and get anything in writing when it comes to making repairs before you move in. Once they have you in and are collecting a check....no one cares. I will say the front desk staff is very friendly, along with the wait staff and activity directors.

Great Tour!!

The community is a pet friendly place. They offer various activities such as stretching, yoga, and cooking classes. There are great amenities that they also offer like laundry services and housekeeping. The atmosphere of the place felt good and the people that i got to meet were very nice and helpful. The tour guide showed me throughout the whole community.

We Couldn't Be Happier With My Parents Move Here

It has been difficult transition for my parent with their move to this community, but I know they are in good hands here. It is a good place for them to be, I know they are safe and being cared for well. We couldn't be happier with our choice to move our parents here. They have gotten involved in the community, with the activities offered. My mother's health is improving and she looks better. It has been wonderful experience for us. I would highly recommend this community, it has worked out well for us.

It's beautiful, we like it very much.

It's beautiful, we like it very much. If they don't know something, they don't make it up. The food is pretty good, and they have plenty of activities. We liked the location, and it was pretty comparable to others. We liked the way the whole place was run, they let us try a sample meal, and we liked it. It's nice and new, and we liked the rooms.
