Everyone has been very responsive to questions or situations. I am always kept advised about my mom and what is going on. I highly recommend The Hampshire to others looking.

We just moved in during [date removed], We were not told of the form do request maintenance services so went 2+ months without them. It appears to be understaffed. We are now very concerned as they have stopped providing and service we contracted to pay for without a reduction in rent. Common areas don't seem to be cleaned regularly. Staff appear to be trying their best.

I'm on kidney dialysis and potatoes is not many list and on the food. Menu is lots of potatoes is there something else that can take its place pasta, and no MSG

I have resided here for 3 months. The staff is wonderful. Love them all. The manager is super nice but makes sure all rules are kept for the safety of all.

Best independent living place ever. [Name Removed], Manager, and [Name Removed], Assistant Manager and entire team are always positive, upbeat, respectful, responsive, caring and the list goes on. They go above and beyond in every area. Facility is clean. Maintenance works quickly. Food is delicious. Activities are fun and creative. The staff works really hard to create a positive atmosphere that looks and feels like HOME! Me and my family love it! and we appreciate this wonderful team of people who aren't just workers, but who love and care for us like their own family! Awesome place for me to live. Thanks to this team for all you do to make my life pleasant and fulfilling!

I would recommend it. We chose it because it wasn't as expensive as another community and the deposit was much less. We really appreciate your services in helping us find a place for our mom. We highly recommend your service!

The communication between the community and myself was timely and informative. I was able to tour the facility and receive pricing the same day. All of the staff was very friendly. My father has had a warm welcome and feels comfortable in his new home. If a friend asked, I would highly recommend it Hamshire. The welcoming and supportive atmosphere is such a wonderful experience for all of the residents. There are many activities and the staff is always willing to help.

My husband and I were looking for a place to live in Merced where we could get our meals prepared for us and where we would be able to live comfortably with a minimum amount of work on our part. [Name removed], the community staff person was wonderful to work with in finding the perfect apartment for us. She listened to our needs and was very patient with us. We love our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that we share with our cat.

It is for my sister and the staff and appearance were the deciding factors. I would recommend to others.

Honestly it was the kind, courteous and professional staff. At every point of contact the culture of exceptional customer service was represented. Plus the facility is beautiful and well maintained even the grounds are pristine.

Overall it is a great place with a friendly community. However, the bus that's available to take residents to appointments is not wheelchair accessible and my dad uses a walker 100% of the time. I talked about how the bus was what convinced him to move there and they did not mention that it would not be possible for him to actually use it since he uses a walker. Big disappointment for sure.

What a magnificent staff & living facility!! Mom moved from out of state. She's a bit high maintenance & bougie. So, very important that us siblings & Mom-GMa-GGMa agree on a nice place, close by family, that she could call home, but that had the internal support, amenities, security & surroundings she needed. We discovered all of this & more in Holiday Hampshire by Atria in Merced! We will never forget-Mom walked in the door of her apartment, looked around in awe, and with a smile said “Wow, I’m Home! She’s been loving & thriving in her new home ever since! Amazing, Caring, Available Staff-they ALL call every resident by name, responsive, upbeat, & accommodating to residents AND their families! Nice floor plans, clean rooms, new carpet, immaculate landscaping & amenities galore-3 sit down meals+24-hr coffee/snack bar, housekeeping, church, activities, safety mtgs, medical alert service, WIFI, utilities, & so much more, all included. Family atmosphere-Safe/Secure to boot! LOVE IT!!

This is a good community. This is a good value for the money. It seems to be you get a room and you are fed and anything outside of that you have to take care of it yourself. I expected a little more with care and that is not something that this facility offers. I do feel that they should be a little more clear on what is included with the base rate. Very clean and the people are very nice, they are willing to go the extra mile.

For what our family is paying, we do think they could offer more things to meet our loved ones needs. We had a rough start in the beginning with the paperwork and some misunderstanding. Our loved one really likes the place, but we feel they are in the middle of independent living and assisted living. We would like for a nurse to every once in awhile come around just to check up, but its an extra charge for that.

I want to live here when I need help. The apts are very nice and they clean twice a week. They provide 3 meals a day and I would recommend this community to others.

Moved our loved one into the Hampshire in 2019. Instantly felt at home. Meals were very good, and enjoyed the variety and selections. Even before COVID meals were declining! Now with COVID meals are terrible. Luke warm at best and very small servings. Not acceptable for a person in his/hers golden years.

I live at the Hampshire for the last 2 years and am very happy. My only complaint is the food since the pandemic. Too many sandwiches hot dogs turkey wraps.
