“The Cottages, located in Boise, Idaho, prides itself on treating people right.” The Cottages took over Regency Columbia shortly after my mother became a resident in the assisted living facility. Yesterday, [date removed], my mother was informed that she had 30 days to find another facility as the current facility would be closing for renovations. Can you imagine how frightening and overwhelming this is for an 85 year old person diagnosed with the beginning of dementia! We’re working frantically to find an alternate facility and fear my mom’s overall health will decline during this horribly inconsiderate treatment.

We chose Regency Columbia Village because they were the only ones with availability when we were needing it. They have really friendly staff, the only challenge is the level of staffing but I know that this is an issue everywhere. Overall I would recommend them to others.

Wonderful memory care units. My grandfather is always taken care of, clean clothes, showered, fed, groomed well and no more behaivors. I highly recommend Regency Columbia Village Memory Care.

Columbia Village Assisted Living is great! My great aunt lives there and she loves it. She is very well taken are of. Staff are great, food is great, activities are great. I would give it a 10 star if I could.

Regency Columbia Village is the best Memory Care in and around Boise. My great uncle lives there and he so well taken care of. He is so happy and myself and family are so happy with all the staff. We have never had an issue with any staff member there. If we have a concern we know we can email, call or stop by and talk to [name removed] the Executive Director and she will make us feel better instantly. The professionalism starts with [name removed] and goes all the way down to all the other staff. They have fun with all the residents and we love how well he is taken care of.

My mother lives in Memory Care and I have never had any issues with the staff at Regency Columbia Village. She moved there from another community in Boise that might of had great reviews but their care didn't match their reviews. Now at Columbia Village that is a different story. My mom is always taken care of and she's not an easy resident to take care of. She is always clean, fed, entertained and happy. I recommend Columbia Village to anyone needing to place their loved ones in Memory Care.

My grandmother has lived here for three years and she loves it. We recently moved her to memory care from assisted living and the staff was so kind and understanding with her transition. They have kept her busy and she feels loved. We are so happy with this facility!

I toured this community last weekend. The administrator came in on Saturday to show me around. The residents were happy and eating lunch that smelled amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are really big. When my dad is ready for memory care we will be moving him here.

I toured this community this week and I loved it. I plan on moving my mother here in about a month if all works out. Staff were very friendly, food looked delicious, room was spacious, courtyard is beautiful. I love the fact they have memory care units also.
