The Brazos of Waco

It is excellent, excellent, excellent. It is the best place in Waco. It is a great place. My mother could have died, but the therapists noticed a problem and got it treated. They saved my mom's life. The nurses are awesome. The staff is really good. It is very, very clean, and even the nurses' station makes sure it all gets cleaned. They let me know everything going on.

The staff has been wonderful and caring and have tailored to her needs. She feels comfortable there. She seems to be doing better. The cleaning is excellent. She says that the food has good flavor. The meals are well balanced. The staff was very open to what I had to say.

The physical therapy seems to be going really well. She is coming along. It looks very nice and I do not smell anything unusual. She seems to be liking all the food and it is nice. She says it is bland. She asked for a blanket and it took a couple of days to get one. It would be nice if the doctor would contact me.

The cleaning is really good. Some of the food is really salty.

They have all been good and done what they are supposed to do. I have noticed that they are particularly fast whenever my loved one puts on his call light. They come right away! There is a nurse my loved one has who is especially friendly. She is very helpful. She helps get my husband dressed and comb his hair. She does a really nice job! I appreciate her. It is really clean!

They come to get her for therapy often. She doesn't seem to be in much pain. The staff always has a good attitude.

It's nice and clean. My loved one said the therapy is pretty good. I think the meals are pretty.

He is doing well there. They are treating him right. We do not have any complaints.

I would recommend the facility. In fact, I have already. The cleanliness is excellent! He thinks the meals are great. Communication has been good! Their friendliness is great!

I think she is having a fast food withdrawal. They need better communication between shifts.

Overall, it is great. One aide is nice, kind and friendly. It is very clean. The breakfast is good and the dining room is good. I do not really care for the meals. After I ring for the nurse, it takes a while for them to get there.
