The Brazos of Waco

My loved one is still doing the rehab, so that's good. His room was clean. Not all of the nurses were rude but there were some that are not that friendly.

He really enjoyed rehab and the staff has been pretty good!

The Brazos has been so much better for my loved one. I think rehab is good and she is definitely improving. The gym they have is fantastic. Everybody has been really great, friendly and they try to work with her. The facility is very nice and clean. The Chef tries so hard. One time when there was nothing on the menu she could eat, he made her a special dish that she loved! They tell me everything and the social worker is really great.

I will and I have already recommended them! My mother is just content. She has gotten stronger every day she is there, and she looks better. She has mentioned several times how nice and kind everyone is there. You couldn't ask for the nurses to be any better. They answer all my questions. Mother is very happy with them. It seems very clean to me. My mother is very picky about food, and she says the food is good. Most meals she is cleaning her plate, which is a real high mark. In fact, I walked into the dining room today because I wanted to tell them that they must be doing something right. They have answered everything I ask, but they haven't volunteered anything.

It is good. They are really working with my mother and are in tune with what is going on with her. One of the aides is so wonderful with my mother. It is very clean. Different people call me all of the time to let me know what is going on.

The place is beautiful and it is very clean. Everyone is quite nice and sweet to my mother in law. The staff is very nice and helpful. As far as I know, rehab is good and she seems to recover very well. The social worker and one of her nurses were really good at staying in touch and when I called I reached someone. It is very clean and the food was good with no complaints.

There was confusion at first but after we got settled in, they are doing a better job now for my loved one. Overall, the nursing care has improved. So far he has been happy with the meals. I haven't received any communication but I am sure they are talking to him.

My loved one seems happy. The staff and nurses are really great. Some meals are good and some are not but she eats well.

My loved one has been very pleased with the day staff and says they are kind and helpful, especially with laundry. It is very good to know she is getting that kind of care. Everyone else has been really nice to her and fine but there was a night time nurse making rude comments about her. I have not been informed by them for anything or received a call.

The staff I have dealt with have been wonderful. The cleanliness seems fine. They serve well-balanced trays even with her diet restrictions and that is impressive. I have to pursue for updates, it does not come to me and that gets frustrating.

It was nice and clean. I love it and I said when I get old I would not mind being there. My loved one is going to rehab. She is improving a little bit and they are doing what they are supposed to do. The communication is pretty good and they are very friendly. I was disappointed when I asked them to take her to the ER and they didn't after an incident. It took a lot of work to finally get them to listen to me but I think they are keeping a closer watch on her now after she fell.

The facility is lovely and nice. Most of the staff are extremely nice. The rehab was very good. One of the nurses was very thorough and friendly and gave excellent care. The cleanliness is excellent. The food was not quite up to par. There were days some of the meals were not appetizing for him so we ended up going to bring him food.

It is a nice facility. If I have any concerns they take care of it. My loved one is doing good in therapy. She doesn't complain about the meals. When they see individuals come in every day they give them an update. Whenever she calls for help, she doesn't get a response. They are really short staffed. The nurses could do a little bit better. They are not friendly and that upsets her.

It's pretty on the outside. The staff needs a lot of improvement. Hardly anyone comes around when requested.

It is pretty good and we are pleased so far. The nurses seem to be really aware. The housekeeping is very good and it has a clean smell. The meals look pretty good. She did not like one of them.

The day ladies have all been great. She has mentioned that there are some aides at night who are not as good as the daytime shifts. The meals are good. They communicate very well. The cleaning could use improvement. It is clean, but the bathroom in her room was not completely clean when we arrived to the facility.

I like the nurses. They are very compassionate with her. The aides are fantastic. The staff does answer all my questions, but I have to go ask constantly.

He has no complaints. He enjoys the private room and they are working well with him in the therapy. I am very thrilled with it. The nurses I dealt with are nice. The cleaning is very good and I am very picky. The rooms and walls are freshly painted. His bathroom is straightened up and cleaned. I have gotten calls from the caseworker to discuss different things. They explained everything clearly. The food is not home cooking, but he is eating. The meals are okay. It takes a few minutes for help. He said he cannot complain, but the night nurses are not as friendly as the day nurses. They do tuck him in.
