You never can find anyone no one ever at front desk or at nurses station. Place is clean everyone seems friendly but the managers are not. It is way overpriced and if have any questions good luck - they never call back if you have any questions. I am frustrated about the whole place.

This community is only 5 1/2 months old.. Therefore the surroundings are beautiful. Apartments are beautiful and open areas are pleasant. However, we all have been paying our rent faithfully for months, but we don’t get what we pay for. When I turn on my TV or my laptop I have a 50/50 chance that they will work. They say that they keep calling the companies to fix the problem but that doesn’t give us access to our TVs or computers. They have been trying to fix the problem for 5 1/2 months. There are 3 to 4 activities planned each day but there are a lot of repeats . If you don’t like cards you have limited activity. The hardest thing for me to deal with are the “middle school” cliques that exit especially in the dining room. When I toured this place, I I was told I could sit anywhere in the dining room. This is not true. Twice I asked to sit at a table and I was told “No.” Now I know there is a table of 8 who are friends and won’t let others join them. Hurtful? .

A Place for Mom has scored The Boulevard Senior Living of St. Peters 7.3 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
