If you’re looking for recurring violations of privacy, this is the place. If you’re looking for retaliation & discrimination, this is the place. I was still in the process of moving in, when their 1st “mandatory quarterly inspection” happened. Two men descended on my apartment, and opened every single door and cabinet. When I asked what they were looking for, the answer was: “We open everything!” I had a total stranger, opening and checking the contents of my refrigerator, then declaring: “You’re clean!” Was I expected to be dirty??? Of course, those inspections aren’t disclosed to prospective tenants, you only find out after you moved in. One of their maintenance men will not hesitate to yell at seniors.

The Management and customer service at this Apartment complex is poor; allows residents to smoke and light incense at their apartments which affects other residents. Awful management!!

I am more than satisfied with the Bonifant. Management staff are quite nice and understanding. I have had no problems with anything. Most of the residents I have met are very nice people. It is a pleasure to call the Bonifant my new home.

I am happy with this community apartment. The staff is very good. I like the activities for me to participate. Crafts, exercise classes, bus trips , coffee hour, movie time. I have not been here very long, but very happy with my new home and would be happy to tell others of the wonderful living I have here.
